• What’s included in the monthly subscription?
Each month, you’ll receive 2 postcards, 1 sticker, a letter, and a little surprise extra in the mail.
• Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Cris Art Mail Club ships worldwide.
• When will my first envelope be shipped?
When you subscribe, you’ll receive the next month’s Mail Club pack. Your first envelope will be shipped during the first week of that month.
For example, if you subscribe in August, you’ll receive the September edition, shipped during the first week of September.
Subscriptions automatically renew on the 1st of each month for the next month’s pack.
• Does my shipment include tracking?
No. Cris Art Mail Club envelopes are sent via international mail without tracking. This helps keep international shipping included in the subscription price.
• How long will it take for my envelope to arrive?
Delivery times depend on the destination country. International shipments usually take approximately 3 to 7 weeks to arrive. However, postal or customs delays may occur, and delivery can take up to 3 months from the shipping date.
• What should I do if my envelope hasn’t arrived?
International shipments can sometimes be delayed. If 3 months have passed since the shipping date and your envelope still hasn’t arrived, please contact me through the CONTACT page so I can help you.
• What should I do if my envelope arrives damaged?
If your envelope or anything inside it arrives damaged, please contact me through the CONTACT page and include photos of the envelope and the damaged item so I can help you.
• How can I change my shipping address?
You can update your shipping address through your customer portal. Please make any changes before your next renewal date to ensure your envelope is sent to the correct address. If you need help, please contact me through the CONTACT page.
• Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will prevent future charges and will not affect any envelopes that have already been paid for.
